2D/3D CAD Components
Return filters are used as process and safety filters to protect pumps and hydraulic circuits from contamination as per ISO 4406. They are available in 4 styles :
  • SMP semi-immersed filters for mounting to the oil tank with external/internal filter element
  • MPT semi-immersed filters for mounting to the oil tank with external/internal filter element
  • MHP/MPI semi-immersed filters for mounting to the oil tank with external/internal filter element
  • FRI semi-immersed filters for mounting to the oil tank or in-line, available in the single or duplex versions, with external/internal filter element
The FRI version can also be used as an in-line filter for forced lubrication or off-line systems.

MPF

Tank mounted return filter, with oil flow external to internal filtering element. Working pressure 8 bar (116 psi), flow rates up to 750 l/min (198 gpm), threaded connections from 1/2” to 2” BSP/NPT/SAE and flanged connections up to 2” SAE 3000 PSI.
MPT

Tank mounted return filter with oil flow external to internal filtering element. Working pressure 8 bar (116 psi), flow rates up to 200 l/min (53 gpm), threaded connections from 3/8” to 1 1/4” BSP/NPT/SAE.
MPH - MPI

Tank mounted return filter with oil flow internal to external filtering element. Working pressure 10 bar (145 psi), flow rates up to 2000 l/min (530 gpm), threaded connections from 1/2” to 1 1/2” BSP/NPT/SAE and flanged connections SAE 3000 PSI/DIN up to 4”.
FRI

Tank mounting semi-immersed filter. Flow rates to 396 gpm. Working pressure 290 psi
