Job Description 

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Design Engineer with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our team. This position requires a strong foundation in engineering principles along with creativity and a problem-solving mindset to create designs. As a Design Engineer, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure design feasibility and production efficiency. You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, participating in design reviews, and implementing changes based on feedback 

 

• Develop and create detailed designs and specifications for products and systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.

• Utilize CAD software to produce accurate 3D models and technical drawings.

• Conduct simulations and analyses to validate design performance and safety.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to design processes and modifications.

• Participate in design reviews and present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback.

• Identify areas for design improvement and implement enhancements based on data and user feedback.

 

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Design Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Design Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing or product design environment. 

Experience in Hydraulic/ Filtration company will be added advantage.

• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar design tools.

• Strong understanding of engineering principles and mechanical systems.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of Microsoft D365 will be an added advantage
